This reverts commit fd4808887e.

This patch causes gcc to issue a lot of warnings like:

  warning: base class ‘class llvm::MCParsedAsmOperand’ should be
  explicitly initialized in the copy constructor [-Wextra]

Haowei Wu 61fa9afe4c [ifs] Prepare llvm-ifs for elfabi/ifs merging. 
This diff changes llvm-ifs to use unified IFS file format
and perform other renaming changes in preparation for the
merging between elfabi/ifs.
