After ISEL, the "valid" loop header which has two predecessors
(one is preheader and the other one is latch) may be transformed
to have more than two predecessors by some optimizations, like tail
duplicator, if the old header's successor(will be changed to new
header) is a sub loop.
The predecessors of the new loop header are preheader, loop latch
and the loop latch(es) of the sub loop(old header's successor).
Before the patch, ctrloop pass assumes two predecessors for candidate
loop header. This patch fixes this case.

This file lists every pass in LLVM, and is included by Pass.h, which is
very popular. Every time we add, remove, or rename a pass in LLVM, it
caused lots of recompilation.
I found this fact by looking at this table, which is sorted by the
number of times a file was changed over the last 100,000 git commits
multiplied by the number of object files that depend on it in the
current checkout:

Patch which introduces a target-independent framework for generating
hardware loops at the IR level. Most of the code has been taken from
PowerPC CTRLoops and PowerPC has been ported over to use this generic
pass. The target dependent parts have been moved into
TargetTransformInfo, via isHardwareLoopProfitable, with
HardwareLoopInfo introduced to transfer information from the backend.
Three generic intrinsics have been introduced:
- void @llvm.set_loop_iterations
Takes as a single operand, the number of iterations to be executed.
- i1 @llvm.loop_decrement(anyint)
Takes the maximum number of elements processed in an iteration of
the loop body and subtracts this from the total count. Returns
false when the loop should exit.
- anyint @llvm.loop_decrement_reg(anyint, anyint)
Takes the number of elements remaining to be processed as well as
the maximum numbe of elements processed in an iteration of the loop
body. Returns the updated number of elements remaining.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.
Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and

The CTR loops pass will insert the decrementing branch instruction in an exiting
block for the loop being transformed. However if that block is part of another
loop as well (whether a nested loop or with irreducible CFG), it is not valid
to use that exiting block. In fact, if the loop hass irreducible CFG, we don't
bother analyzing it and we just bail on the transformation. In practice, this
doesn't lead to a noticeable reduction in the number of loops transformed by
this pass.

PPCCTRLoops transform loops using mtctr/bdnz instructions if loop trip count is known and big enough to compensate for the cost of mtctr.
But if there is a loop exit edge which is known to be frequently taken (by builtin_expect or by PGO), we should not transform the loop to avoid the cost of mtctr instruction. Here is an example of a loop with hot exit edge:
for (unsigned i = 0; i < TripCount; i++) {
// do something
if (__builtin_expect(check(), 1))
break;

The CTRLoop pass performs checks on the argument of certain libcalls/intrinsics,
and assumes the arguments must be of a simple type. This isn't always the case
though. For example if we unroll and vectorize a loop we may end up with vectors
larger then the largest legal type, along with intrinsics that operate on those
wider types. This happened in the ffmpeg build, where we unrolled a loop and
ended up with a sqrt intrinsic that operated on V16f64, triggering an assertion.

Add profitability checks for modifying counted loops to use the mtctr instruction.
The latency of mtctr is only justified if there are more than 4 comparisons that
will be removed as a result. Usually counted loops are formed relatively early
and before unrolling, so most low trip count loops often don't survive. However
we want to ensure that if they do, we do not mistakenly update them to mtctr loops.
Use CodeMetrics to ensure we are only doing this for small loops with small trip counts.

I did this a long time ago with a janky python script, but now
clang-format has built-in support for this. I fed clang-format every
line with a #include and let it re-sort things according to the precise
LLVM rules for include ordering baked into clang-format these days.
I've reverted a number of files where the results of sorting includes
isn't healthy. Either places where we have legacy code relying on
particular include ordering (where possible, I'll fix these separately)
or where we have particular formatting around #include lines that
I didn't want to disturb in this patch.
This patch is *entirely* mechanical. If you get merge conflicts or
anything, just ignore the changes in this patch and run clang-format
over your #include lines in the files.
Sorry for any noise here, but it is important to keep these things
stable. I was seeing an increasing number of patches with irrelevant
re-ordering of #include lines because clang-format was used. This patch
at least isolates that churn, makes it easy to skip when resolving
conflicts, and gets us to a clean baseline (again).

Summary:
The LibFunc::Func enum holds enumerators named for libc functions.
Unfortunately, there are real situations, including libc implementations, where
function names are actually macros (musl uses "#define fopen64 fopen", for
example; any other transitively visible macro would have similar effects).
Strictly speaking, a conforming C++ Standard Library should provide any such
macros as functions instead (via <cstdio>). However, there are some "library"
functions which are not part of the standard, and thus not subject to this
rule (fopen64, for example). So, in order to be both portable and consistent,
the enum should not use the bare function names.
The old enum naming used a namespace LibFunc and an enum Func, with bare
enumerators. This patch changes LibFunc to be an enum with enumerators prefixed
with "LibFFunc_". (Unfortunately, a scoped enum is not sufficient to override
macros.)
There are additional changes required in clang.

Avoid implicit conversions from MachineInstrBundleIterator to

There was one piece of questionable code in PPCInstrInfo::AnalyzeBranch,
where a condition checked a pointer converted from an iterator for
