Alp Toker 7dff0556ed Remove 'not' from some CodeGen tests 
These were just missing an expected-no-diagnostics directive.

Also add -std=c++11 to a test warning noisly about extensions.

Rafael Espindola 96e7813f08 Add 'not' to commands that are expected to fail. 
This is at least good documentation, but also opens the possibility of
using pipefail.

John McCall 6ec278d1a3 Do a proper recursive lookup when deciding whether a class's usual 
deallocation function has a two-argument form.  Store the result of this
check in new[] and delete[] nodes.

Fixes rdar://problem/8913519

Daniel Dunbar a5728872c7 Update tests to use %clang_cc1 instead of 'clang-cc' or 'clang -cc1'. 
- This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable"
   which is substituted. It is '%clang_cc1' instead of '%clang -cc1' because it
   can be useful to redefine what gets run as 'clang -cc1' (for example, to set
   a default target).
