Rafael Espindola 96e7813f08 Add 'not' to commands that are expected to fail. 
This is at least good documentation, but also opens the possibility of
using pipefail.

Richard Smith 9e738cc9d4 Add -fbracket-depth=N, analogous to -ftemplate-depth= and -fconstexpr-depth=, 
to control the check for the C 5.2.4.1 / C++ [implimits] restriction on nesting
levels for parentheses, brackets and braces.

Some code with heavy macro use exceeds the default limit of 256, but we don't
want to increase it generally to avoid stack overflow on stack-constrained
systems.

Douglas Gregor 4a8dfb511e Introduce BalancedDelimiterTracker, to better track open/close 
delimiter pairs and detect when we exceed the implementation limit for
nesting depth, from Aaron Ballman!
