Kaelyn Uhrain aec2ac67e7 Add note to help explain why a tag such as 'struct' is needed to refer 
to a given type, when the reason is that there is a non-type decl with
the same name.

Daniel Dunbar a5728872c7 Update tests to use %clang_cc1 instead of 'clang-cc' or 'clang -cc1'. 
- This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable"
   which is substituted. It is '%clang_cc1' instead of '%clang -cc1' because it
   can be useful to redefine what gets run as 'clang -cc1' (for example, to set
   a default target).

John McCall 701c89e02c Honor using declarations in overload resolution. Most of the code for 
overloaded-operator resolution is wildly untested, but the parallel code for
methods seems to satisfy some trivial tests.

Also change some overload-resolution APIs to take a type instead of an expression,
which lets us avoid creating a spurious CXXThisExpr when resolving implicit
member accesses.

Daniel Dunbar 9f9fbd66fa Disable this test: cxx-using-declaration.cpp 
Something strange is going on here; this test randomly started failing after
unrelated changes to TestRunner.py (even though it runs the same
script).

Argiris or Doug, can one of you investigate?
