Andy Gibbs 8e8fb3be5b Prior to adding the new "expected-no-diagnostics" directive to VerifyDiagnosticConsumer, make the necessary adjustment to 580 test-cases which will henceforth require this new directive.

Douglas Gregor 87c3007381 Eliminate the "minimal" and printing parser actions, which only ever 
worked for C anyway. Also kills the -cc1 options -parse-noop and
-parse-print-callbacks.

Daniel Dunbar a5728872c7 Update tests to use %clang_cc1 instead of 'clang-cc' or 'clang -cc1'. 
- This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable"
   which is substituted. It is '%clang_cc1' instead of '%clang -cc1' because it
   can be useful to redefine what gets run as 'clang -cc1' (for example, to set
   a default target).

Chris Lattner ae0ee03fd9 instead of forcing blocks on by default, make them default to off, but let 
specific targets default them to on.  Default blocks to on on 10.6 and later.
Add a -fblocks option that allows the user to override the target's default.
Use -fblocks in the various testcases that use blocks.

Steve Naroff 296e8d5fdc Add parser/action support for block literal expressions. 
Parser support for blocks is almost complete...just need to add support for the __block() storage class qualifier.
