Alex Lorenz 2e8732d1c6 [libclang] Add support for checking abstractness of records 
This patch allows checking whether a C++ record declaration is abstract through
libclang and clang.cindex (Python).

Jonathan Coe f376e8cf30 Expose cxx constructor and method properties through libclang and python bindings. 
Summary:
I have exposed the following function through libclang and the clang.cindex python bindings:

clang_CXXConstructor_isConvertingConstructor,
clang_CXXConstructor_isCopyConstructor,
clang_CXXConstructor_isDefaultConstructor,
clang_CXXConstructor_isMoveConstructor,
clang_CXXMethod_isDefaulted

I need (some of) these methods for a C++ code model I am building in Python to drive a code generator.

Dmitri Gribenko 97e10ae577 libclang: add clang_CXXMethod_isConst API that allows to determine if a C++

Richard Smith f2af173051 When formatting a C++-only declaration name, enable C++ mode in the formatter's 
language options. This is not really ideal -- we should require the right
language options to be passed in, or not require language options to format a
name -- but it fixes a number of *obviously* wrong formattings. Patch by
Olivier Goffart!

Argyrios Kyrtzidis 04b6748ee9 [libclang] Have clang_getCXXAccessSpecifier() also return the access control of a C++ declaration within its parent scope.

Douglas Gregor c5ade2e364 Implement basic visitation for nested name specifiers via libclang 
cursors. Sadly, this visitation is a hack, because we don't have
proper source-location information for nested-name-specifiers in the
AST. It does improve on the status quo, however.

Douglas Gregor 01829d3afa libclang indexing support for C++ constructors, destructors, and 
conversion functions. This introduces new cursor kinds for these three
C++ entities, and reworks visitation of function declarations so that
we get type-source information for the names.
