David Majnemer	673b3960bb	CodeGen: Strip qualifiers from qualified array types in catches While we ran getUnqualifiedType over the catch type, it isn't enough for array types. Douglas Gregor	154fe9812f	There is no such thing as typeinfo for a cv-qualified type. Assert that this is true when mangling, then fix up the various places in Sema and/or CodeGen that need to remove qualifiers. CodeGen: Strip qualifiers from qualified array types in catches

While we ran getUnqualifiedType over the catch type,
it isn't enough for array types.  Use getUnqualifiedArrayType instead.

This fixes PR21252.
