Daniel Dunbar a5728872c7 Update tests to use %clang_cc1 instead of 'clang-cc' or 'clang -cc1'. 
- This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable"
   which is substituted. It is '%clang_cc1' instead of '%clang -cc1' because it
   can be useful to redefine what gets run as 'clang -cc1' (for example, to set
   a default target).

Eli Friedman c134fcb0d7 For setting attributes, don't assume there are ParamVarDecls available, 
because trying to access non-existent ParamVarDecls can crash. 
Testcase from the original source for PR2414.

Eli Friedman 50c5c72410 Don't assume that the type of a FunctionDecl is a FunctionType; that 
assumption isn't accurate in the presence of typedefs.
