James Y Knight 7d510c2089 [TrailingObjects] Convert Decl* classes.
Also remove now-redundant explicit alignment specification on some of
the classes converted prior to TrailingObjects automatically ensuring
proper alignment.

Richard Smith 4903ea2c65 Add class-specific operator new to Decl hierarchy. This guarantees that Decls
can't accidentally be allocated the wrong way (missing prefix data for decls
from AST files, for instance) and simplifies the CreateDeserialized functions a
little. An extra DeclContext* parameter to the not-from-AST-file operator new
allows us to ensure that we don't accidentally call the wrong one when
deserializing (when we don't have a DeclContext), allows some extra checks, and
prepares for some planned modules-related changes to Decl allocation.

No functionality change intended.

Richard Smith 4fc5089e30 Lazily deserialize the "first' friend declaration when deserializing a class
declaration. This PCH a little lazier, and breaks a deserialization cycle that
causes crashes with modules enabled.

Douglas Gregor 1e68ecc4fc When creating declarations that are deserialized from an module file,
go through a central allocation routine
Decl::AllocateDeserializedDecl(). No actual functionality change (yet).

Argyrios Kyrtzidis 6764334dfa Support C++ friend declarations for PCH.
This commit 'introduces' a slightly different way to restore the state of the AST object.
It makes PCHDeclReader/PCHDeclWriter friends and gives them access to the private members of the object.
The rationale is to avoid using/modifying the AST interfaces for PCH read/write so that to:

-Avoid complications with objects that have side-effects during creation or when using some setters.
-Not 'pollute' the AST interface with methods only used by the PCH reader/writer
-Allow AST objects to be read-only.

John McCall 92b7f70c92 Split C++ friend declarations into their own header/implementation file.
I'm expecting this portion of the AST to grow and change, and I'd like to
be able to do that with minimal recompilation. If this proves unnecessary
when access control is fully-implemented, I'll fold the classes back into
DeclCXX.h.
