Petr Hosek bec8a372fc [CMake] Use LLVM_TARGET_TRIPLE in runtimes 
This variable is derived from LLVM_DEFAULT_TARGET_TRIPLE by default,
but using a separate variable allows additional normalization to be
performed if needed.
